For over two decades, Salam Properties has been a trusted name in Egypt’s development landscape. Established in 1999, we entered the market by providing the literal building blocks of the nation's infrastructure through large scale cement manufacturing and supply for major state and private projects. That strong beginning paved the way for our transition into premier real estate development, allowing us to bring our signature peace of belonging to life through exceptional residential and commercial spaces. Mission To create vibrant, inclusive communities that blend comfort, innovation, and character — where every resident, guest, and visitor feels truly at home. We’re committed to shaping spaces that inspire connection, enrich lives, and stand the test of time. Vision To redefine real estate in Egypt by leading the development of landmark destinations that reflect the spirit of modern living — from Cairo’s urban pulse to the coastlines of New Mansoura and the tranquility of New Damietta.
