Founded in 1997, Artal Developments originated in Saudi Arabia before expanding its operations into Egypt, backed by an Egyptian-Saudi partnership. Under the leadership of Chairman Eng. Abdul Hameed Taha and CEO Eng. Maher Taha, Artal focuses on creating sustainable, community-centric, and functional real estate developments. In its latest expansion, Artal partnered with the Saudi-based Babader Group to launch STRIDE, a major mixed-use project located on North 90th Street in New Cairo. Spanning 13,600 square meters with a 225-meter frontage, STRIDE is set for full completion across four phases by 2028.
