About This Project
IL Latini New Alamein is one of the largest residential developments by Saudi Egyptian Developers (SED) in the heart of New Alamein City. Inspired by the classical architecture of ancient Alexandria and the Greco-Roman era, the project revives the elegance of the historic Latin District while integrating modern urban planning, smart infrastructure, and world-class lifestyle facilities. Strategically located on Kilometer 109 of the Alexandria–Marsa Matrouh International Coastal Road, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, IL Latini enjoys direct access to the city's Corniche, Heritage City, universities, cultural attractions, and entertainment destinations. The project combines residential neighborhoods, retail areas, leisure facilities, healthcare services, and green landscapes within an integrated year-round community. The masterplan spans approximately 650 acres, divided into 6 residential districts comprising around 249 residential buildings and nearly 12,000 residential units. Only about 35.5% of the total land is allocated to buildings, while the remaining area is dedicated to landscaped gardens, plazas, water features, pedestrian promenades, and recreational amenities, creating an open, low-density coastal environment.
