Designed by the globally accredited architectural consultant OYK Engineering, the project features a structural layout consisting of 4 subterranean basement floors dedicated to parking and utilities, a Ground floor, and 10 repeated upper levels ($G+10$).The complex is built behind sleek, premium glass facades, meticulously engineered to isolate retail foot traffic on the lower levels from the corporate environments on the upper executive floors.
