About This Project

Stone Street is the newest residential phase within The Stone Development by PRE Developments in New Cairo. The project creates a fully integrated lifestyle destination that connects premium residential apartments with retail, entertainment, business, hospitality, and office spaces through a unique 2-kilometer promenade that forms the heart of the community. The promenade links the residential buildings with the iconic Stone Towers business district, designed by the internationally renowned architect Zaha Hadid, before ending at a luxury five-star hotel.
