Vinci Street is the commercial and business district located within Vinci New Capital, developed by Misr Italia Properties in R7 of the New Administrative Capital. It functions as an integrated destination for retail, F&B, administrative offices, and medical clinics, providing Vinci residents and the surrounding New Capital districts with everyday commercial and professional services. The development is positioned in a strategic part of Vinci overlooking its landscaped areas and is located on the same main road connecting major New Capital destinations such as Expo City, Medical City, and Al Masa Hotel. Its location within R7 and proximity to the Diplomatic District gives it access to both the residential population of Vinci and nearby business, governmental, diplomatic, and commercial districts. Vinci Street is organized around four distinctive buildings connected by a landscaped pedestrian promenade and bridges, creating a walkable commercial environment. The buildings feature finished glass façades and open views over Vinci's greenery, while outdoor terraces are available for selected retail units.
