About This Project
La Vento Oyoun Mousa is a luxury beachfront resort developed by Lasirena Group in the heart of Ras Sudr, South Sinai. The resort is developed over a massive 120-acre land area and features an impressive 800-meter sandy beachfront, making it one of the largest integrated resort communities in the Oyoun Mousa area. The project combines modern coastal architecture, panoramic Red Sea views, extensive green landscapes, and resort-style living designed for both vacation homeowners and real estate investors. Strategically located approximately 28 km after Ahmed Hamdi Tunnel, La Vento enjoys direct access to major destinations including Suez City, Ain Sokhna, Cairo, and Sharm El Sheikh through the Hurghada–Ismailia Road. The resort is approximately 90 minutes from Cairo, 1 hour from Suez, and close to Oyoun Mousa Springs, Mousa Coast, and several Red Sea tourism destinations, making it one of the most accessible beachfront projects in Ras Sudr. The masterplan dedicates large portions of the project to green landscapes, recreational facilities, sports zones, and entertainment venues while offering chalets and villas with contemporary designs and panoramic sea or landscape views. Unit sizes start from approximately 95 SQM, with fully finished options available across multiple phases. The project consists of several phases, including delivered phases and future expansion phases. Initial phases were delivered in 2024–2025, while upcoming phases are scheduled for delivery through 2028 depending on the phase and unit type. Flexible payment plans extend up to 8 years. Maintenance fees are typically estimated between 8%–10% of the unit value depending on the unit category and phase. Dedicated parking areas are available throughout the resort. Club membership fees have not been officially announced.
