About This Project

Creek Town is an integrated residential community developed by IL Cazar Developments in New Cairo's First Settlement, directly on Suez Road and close to the entrance of Al Rehab City. The project extends over approximately 100 acres and was designed as a low-density community centered around greenery, water features, and open spaces. Approximately 80% of the project's total area is dedicated to green and open spaces, creating a calm residential environment while maintaining convenient access to major roads and destinations in East Cairo. The master plan follows a natural-town concept, integrating residential clusters with landscaped areas, artificial lakes, walking trails, cycling routes, and recreational spaces. The project also incorporates administrative offices and medical clinics, giving the community a wider range of services within or around the development. Creek Town's location is one of its strongest selling points. The project sits directly on Suez Road in the First Settlement, approximately 2 minutes from Al Rehab City, around 1–2 minutes from Family Park, approximately 5 minutes from North 90th Road, around 5 minutes from Cairo International Airport, approximately 10 minutes from AUC, and around 12 minutes from the New Administrative Capital. The project is also close to established developments such as Mirage City and Yellow Residence. The project is now a completed residential development with handover already underway since early 2025.
