About This Project

Audaz New Capital is one of the flagship mixed-use developments by Gates Developments, strategically located in the heart of the Financial District of the New Administrative Capital. Inspired by the Spanish word "Audaz", meaning "bold", the project introduces an innovative business destination that combines administrative offices, medical clinics, retail shops, and commercial spaces within one integrated environment.
