About This Project
Eelaf Residence is a premium residential compound developed by ERG Developments (Emaar Rizk Group) in the heart of New Cairo. Inspired by the Arabic word "Eelaf" (إيلاف), meaning familiarity, harmony, and belonging, the project is designed to create a community-centered lifestyle that combines modern architecture, open green landscapes, and integrated daily services. The compound extends over 28 acres, with a master plan that dedicates approximately 50% of the land to landscaped gardens, open spaces, recreational facilities, and a commercial strip, while the remaining area accommodates elegant residential buildings. The project targets young families and professionals seeking a balanced lifestyle with privacy, comfort, and accessibility. Strategically located directly on Cairo–Suez Road in New Cairo, Eelaf Residence enjoys excellent connectivity to major highways and landmarks. It is only minutes from Al Rehab City, Cairo International Airport, the American University in Cairo (AUC), Cairo Festival City, New Heliopolis, and the New Administrative Capital, making it one of the most connected residential communities in East Cairo.
