About This Project

Cayo Mall is a flagship commercial development by Contact Developments, strategically located in the Downtown District of the New Administrative Capital. It is considered one of the company's landmark investment projects and was designed to create a modern shopping and entertainment destination that combines retail, dining, leisure, and business services in one integrated environment. The project extends over approximately 7,100 sqm (some sources mention approximately 7,500 sqm based on later marketing updates) and consists of Ground Floor + 4 Upper Floors.
